The study begins at about nine years old and continues daily for another eight years and, if followed regularly, will allow the student to achieve: an awareness of their body and movement in relation to the surrounding space, mastery of balance control, and an advanced coordination of movement..

The study of Classical Ballet involves ensuring a correct physio-morphological development through the gradual methodological approach of the technique.

The study of Contemporary Dance develops in a different direction to that of ballet, but is similar in its didactic approach and in the concentration that encourages "free movement".

We look to instil in the participants with the technical and expressive ability that allows them to dance with vigour and agility, with controlled relaxation while maintaining a focus on the natural embodiment of one’s feeling of movement.

What could be nicer than dancing? Together with your boyfriend or girlfriend, with friends, to celebrate....

In collaboration with Viento Flamenco ASD.

Courses are developed over an entire Academic Year, which is divided into three quarterly cycles each consisting of 12 lessons of one hour or one and a half hours depending on the level.

During the year, classes are given on technique (pies - palmas, braceos, etc.), use of the manton, fan, castanets, bata de cola technique as well as choreography: each course/level studies a specific choreography based on a selected palos flamenco throughout the year

Studying German with a native speaker is the best you could hope for, and if the German teacher also has a degree in translation in Italian and English, what more could you want?

The courses are intended for anyone interested, beginner or intermediate, and range from the fourth grade all the way up to adults. The courses will be carried out in small classes of up to 8 people, following a modern, captivating, and extremely engaging teaching method.

Hip Hop is an easy and engaging dance style that can give good results in a short time!

It originates from and/or adheres to the cultural and aesthetic principles of the current of the same name that was born in 1973. In the mid-1980s, hip hop music underwent an epochal change and one of the main consequences was the need to invent steps and dance forms that could adapt to the new sounds of the time. Thus Old School, New School, Breakdance, Locking, Popping, UpRock and C-Walking are all stylistic currents that converge into the one big family of Hip Hop.

It is a dance technique characterised by great vitality, at the same time elegant, which conveys not only the precision of technique, but also the rediscovery of the body in harmony between rhythm and movement: pure joy of dancing.

Classes are dynamic, based on contemporary and pop music and very much choreography-driven. The ModernCoreoLab modules include the creation of a video at the end of each sequence learnt that you can disseminate on your social channels: in step with the times!

It is a playful preparatory activity for both classical or modern dance, designed for the needs of children, who are stimulated and assisted, leaving them space to develop their own potential, through playful proposals.

Games and exercises related to rhythm, space and bodily perception are proposed, in a visual language understandable at their age, in order to deepen the natural joy of movement, increase their experience of others and strengthen their self-confidence in themselves and towards others.

The Floor Bar is a technique that derives from ballet, but which eliminates all its difficulties due to having to coordinate the upper and lower body, allowing it to be performed sitting or lying on the floor.

It is a totally different way of toning and stretching, combining the joint mobility of a dancer with the muscle tone of an athlete. Reducing the force of gravity facilitates the perception of alignment and stretching, allowing the development of correct musculature. The slowness of the movements helps to create 'muscle memory'.

Swing is divided into many styles and techniques:

The Lindy Hop is an African American dance, born in Harlem just before the Wall Street collapse in 1929. It is brought to life in the movements and spirit typical of social dance, which never fails to make the participants smile and have fun. All the main figures will be taught step by step, including their possible variations. Though danced mostly in pairs, formed by a leader and a follower, there are however routines that require the execution of solo steps.

The Argentine Tango is a popular social dance that was born and developed in Buenos Aires at the end of the 1800s.

The fundamental elements that characterise this form is the communication between the couple and improvisation.

From the union of these two elements a hugely creative dance is born, based on a strong reciprocal and musical awareness from which unique and unrepeatable moments continuously arise, which take the couple to another level of connection and creative exchange.
